CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?
Yes, you can return all products.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to MGS
- Items must be returned at the customer’s expense.
- The refund will not include any delivery charges you have paid.
- We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM ?
Please contact us at email@example.com , we will give you the address to return your order. Please use the same packaging to return your item.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We currently don’t offer exchanges to our customers. If you would like to exchange an item, we would recommend returning the unwanted item back to us for a refund and placing a new order.
HOW DO I RETURN A WRONG/FAULTY ITEM?
Most of our customers have a great experience when shopping with MSG. However, we know that there may be occasions where things can go wrong. If you received a wrong/faulty item please contact us on email@example.com you will be refunded.
