1. How can I pay my order ?
You can pay by credit card (Stripe) or by PayPal. The payment is 100% secured.
2. What’s my delivery options ?
We are shipping to : France, Spain, United-Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland, Belgique, Ireland, Luxembourg, Denmark and Sweden.

3. How can I track my order?
You can track your order on our website in the page "CUSTOMER SERVICE" then "Track my order"
4. Can I return a product ?
Yes, in the rare case or you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return your product. You have 15 days to return it and the product have to be in perfect conditions. Unfortunately we are not responsible for shipping fees. For more info to return a product you can read our page « return ».
5. What’s a pre-order ?
A pre-order is when a product is out of stock and we restock it for you.
Add 10 additional days to the standard delivery for a pre-order.
If we can’t restock the product you will not be charged or if you did (payment by PayPal) you will automatically be 100% refunded in the next 3 days.
6. Where is my order?
You will receive an-email with a tracking number and all the informations to track your order. You can also do it on our website at CUSTOMER SERVICE.
